Andrew’s background focuses on youth engagement and intervention works, having worked closely with schools and national youth organisations since 1996.
Having a background in policing he has the understanding of the complexities and needs required when working in restorative justice.
Being qualified in high tech crime within the police provided an insight into the complex world of information technology within the justice sector.
Andrew serves on the Adult Criminal Court Bench as a Magistrate, as a Justice of the Peace he is at the heart of the Criminal Justice Network.

Mark
Mark has a wealth of technical database and programming experience having worked with some of the UK’s largest agencies.
His background in dealing with large and complex databases and designing programs has brought many awards for his knowledge and has seen him regularly asked to consult on external work.
Holding numerous qualifications in ethical hacking, his portfolio of work has seen many collaborations globally with the likes of the United Nations.
Mark is currently a Inspector within Devon and Cornwall Special Constabulary.

Katie
Katie is the accounts manager and book keeper for myRJ, having spent many years managing large property account portfolios.
She now ensures all our accounting and administration is compliant with current legal standards.
Katie has a keen interest in the field of Restorative Interaction and Victim Satisfaction.
